Gurus, Experts and Mavens! Oh My!

Are you an expert? A guru? A maven? If so, why would you limit yourself that way? Being an expert means  you know it all. And that means that when you make the call, you got to be right…but maybe only 99% of the time. That’s a lot of pressure with a lot less thanks than you’d expect.

And let’s face it: there’s a really cool freedom that comes with being able to be wrong…

So be admired. Be respected. Be acknowledged. But don’t be a guru. Life’s a lot more fun when you’re not expected to have all the answers…
