“Just do it” is probably the world’s most recognisable strapline and that’s because it’s more than just words that go under a logo. They’re the philosophy that underscores the brand. They’re its heart and soul. In fact, I would put more work into a strapline than a logo… and not just because I’m a copywriter. A good logo will give you great visibility but a good strapline will grant your brand immortality. Ask Barack Obama.
