  1. Drucker says that the task of business is “to create a customer” Google’s things we have found generally to be true “look after the user and all else follows”

    International research group Strativity find that only around 33% of executives believe that they deserve their customer’s respect.

    Profit and making money is the result of being good at creating customers, not the goal. To most businesses customers are only a means to an end.

    If the power in the transaction has shifted to the user then the winners in the future will be those who focus on customers.

      By the way, is creating a customer more important than maintaining a customer?
