SPOILERS: gotta love ’em.

A shorter post to follow yesterday’s monster. 

Two  points for you may want to consider in 2009 when it comes to your business/brand:

Instant Gratification: give your consumers what they expect when they want it. Don’t make promises you can’t keep and don’t keep your consumers waiting. Next year, they’re going to be hunting for the brand that most nimbly responds to their requests. If you’re not going to be that brand, someone else will be.

Sustainable Results: give your consumers quality – experiences, products, results… There’s a recession on, so your consumers are looking for the brand that can help them the most in this trouble time, give them the most bang for their buck. They’re going to be hunting for the brand that offers quality without charging the earth in time or money. If you’re not going to be that brand, someone else will be.

The opportunities are out there. Are you going to be gearing up to side with the consumer or gearing down to protect your patch?
